He allegedly messed around with a co-ed (or two) while coaching at UNC and his wife decided to get back at him by sleeping with Jeff McInnis (the starting PG at UNC at the time). After the rumors got out about this, they played a game at Duke and every time McInnis got the ball, the student section chanted "HAVE YOU DRIVEN A FORD LATELY?"
