SIR: Radford says they are opening up in August with students back. (LINK)

Even if this happens, I still have a hard time seeing 65k+ standing shoulder to shoulder for a game. I could see season tickets only with a temporary spread out seating chart.

PS I guess we need to expect the unexpected on this one.
