I hope they will. I'm encouraged by what the President of Purdue is saying

He has recognized that the statistical data we now have confirms that the student age population is not lethally affected by COVID-19. They can get through it without hospitalization and in most cases without symptom. There needs to be a policy to protect faculty and staff with the statistical risk factors, but most of the campus population can return without much incident. They need to still social distance, but there can be policies put in place to reopen.

I hope his recognition of this will be adopted by other of his peers.
