It's also usually a long tenured job, if you are a Woman softball coach in the SEC. Men, not so much. Larrabee, Earlywhine, Smith, Meyers, and prob other men, all saw their head coaching careers die, for now, in the SEC. Good chance our coach was contacted, and prob offered. IMHO, I don't think Trachsel was their first choice.
