Looks like softball just got a big time transfer

Morgan Overaitis, who was at Michigan, just tweeted that she "will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Virginia Tech."

Morgan was a 4 time All State 1st Team player in Michigan, was the 2018 Detroit Free Press Softball Player of the Year, had a career 586 batting average in high school, and hit a Salem High School school-record 38 home runs with 223 RBIs.

She was rated the No. 18 overall prospect in FloSoftball's 2018 Hot 100 Rankings.

During this past shortened season, she started started 14 games for Michigan and hit .277. Looks like she played second base, outfield, and designated player.

Welcome to Hokie Nation, Morgan.
