You guys are harsh, PJ is a great fit for for MY's system
The guy was the best screener on the team last year, was the 4th best shooter (35% from 3), is a willing defender, solid rebounder and VERY experienced (played significant minutes all 3 years).
Sure he's undersized, has bad hands, and isn't a great passer, but he was matched up against guys 7 inches taller all year and still was effective on both ends. He went through a slump in the middle of conference season but at least he came out of it unlike Nolley.
Just the fact that he shot 35% on 4 attempts per game from deep justifies his spot as a stretch 4, partner him with Aluma and you've got a very diverse offensive team.
