One other guy from my shop also got RIFed yesterday. He was our sole inside sales rep and ALSO happened to be on COVID19 family leave. Apparently he filed right after I did because he had been struggling to find care for his 4 kids. Between the two of us we accounted for 2/3 of the sales for our location over the last fiscal year (he was one of the top 10 salesmen company wide), meanwhile everyone who wasn't on leave is still employed and being paid weekly OT.
