So, final leg, Shanghai to Memphis. Got okay sleep in my luxurious prison cell. They moved our time up some from what we expected, but got some okay sleep, nonetheless - two 3.5 hr naps, not bad for 16hrs in the hotel. 😳

Security came at the prescribed time and let us out of our rooms, we gathered up my 3 First Officers and were allowed to check out of the hotel after a satisfactory body temp check. We made our way through the labyrinth of health checks, security, immigration and customs. We’re now on the jet preflighting and should be pushing back on the hour.

This is my view, while I sat patiently for my friendly Chinese security guard to release me and escort me out.
