Nice phrasing there ... but every year I could infect people with the flu


and not know it. In theory, I could infect them with other things without knowing it. I have always been a handwasher and a 'paper towel on the door handle guy' and I will be even more careful going forward. But we can't live the rest of our lives trying not to infect the 1% who are truly in danger of dying from this. I would certainly hope that no one would be infected by this but the fact of the matter is they will ... and more will die unfortunately. K1N1 killed over 15,000 people and there was never a thought of a national lockdown like what we are seeing now. It was a very deadly virus to those with compromised health but it wasn't quite as contagious. The pendulum has swung far to much to one side right now - we went from 'let's not overload hospitals and doctors' to 'we have to save every single life' and that is not a realistic goal.
