I dunno, I doubt it. "Business conditions" are the one loophole in the law.


Besides, what is the point? Once you file a labor complaint your career is dead even if you win. I'll talk to wage and labor but most likely I'll just take the two weeks severance and unemployment. Oil supply and procurement in my area is a small field, karma and word of mouth will handle it.
