VB has minimal engagement for 3 Qtr and will start 4th quarter in 2 wks.

They wrote off the 3rd quarter (some schools/teachers are doing more than others) and delayed posting grades until after Spring Break. The school system appears to be restructuring the learning model to teach as real as a 4th quarter as they can.
