I expect some kids will learn WAY more this way than they would in school


And sadly, some will learn way less.

I do not envy you having to home school a kid with dyslexia. I got pretty lucky my daughter is a great student and self motivated. All I really need to do with her is ask how much time she needs to get her work done and make sure she has that time.
