They should have looked at the contributor base and would CUSA work for them. The stadium really put them in a hole financially with serious loan to pay back.

I really think, they should have done more critical aspects to 1) continue football with JMU or shouldn't even tried it and use VCU model. VCU seems to have a nice sustainable program (as do JMU). ODU and those long trips to texas and florida... its really tough.
