Cone most definitely plays PG...
You are who you guard, and he will always draw the PG matchup
Beyond that, ideally in MYs offense, Cone would handle the ball, give it up early and get to the baseline to come off screens. They moved him off the ball to play alongside Bede because of Bede's deficiencies offensively.
Long term, he is a PG who provides an offensive spark off the bench
