Questions about outbreak on aircraft carrier in Guam.

Just seems some important information is being left out of the stories I've read about it (maybe this info is out there and I've just missed it).

1) How long were they at sea before docking in Guam?

2) When did they dock in Guam?

3) How did the virus infect the ship? Were soldiers allowed off the ship? If so, why? (other than necessary operational needs in which proper precautions should've been taken)

4) If we can't lock down an aircraft carrier what makes us think we can lockdown anything else?
