It's more about who he defends...
He's not going to be a wing defender, and MYs ideal roster has bigger 4s than Buzz, who typically went with a small ball lineup.
Thats important because you can hide 2 defenders in a small ball lineup, 1 to guard the opponents worst player 1-3 and the other can guard the opponents worst player 3-5.
That cant happen in a traditional lineup. At best, you can hide one defender 1-3. The 4s and 5s need to both matchup at their respective spots.
This is why Nolley isnt as good of a fit in MYs system either, though he was a better fit than Wilkins
None of this is to say Wilkins is a bad player...Ive said before that Cattoor is a 3 star player playing in a 4 star fit, well the inverse is also true, Wilkins is a 2/3 star player in a 1 star fit
