my first gut reaction was to tell you to quit being a horse's arse and go to the doctor. But I've hade a couple of skin checks and a good derm guy or gal can spot the bad things and the don't worry about it things really easy. Call your derm and see if they would do a preliminary visit via telemedicine...they might.
