Adjust accordingly. You're an adult, make your best decision, based upon best-available information. You're right --- in the event of 2020 cancellation, one has to wonder how Va Tech would handle refunds.

But it's your money, your family, and your unique situation. You can't expect Va Tech (or any business/government organization) to provide you with the "perfect" answer. Too many people are playing the blame-game, when in the end, we're all responsible for our own decisions.

Whether it's Corona Time, or regular life --- the world is full of incomplete information.

People are worried about rent, food, and employment, and you're basically asking Va Tech to provide everybody with daily Corona-related football updates.

No different than people thinking about a July vacation to Florida. Should they book travel & hotel, should they not? Why isn't the state of Florida telling them what to do!!!!!!!!!!
