Dabo vs Saban....night and day.

Pete Carol vs Mack Brown...night and day.

Jimbo Fisher vs Urban Myer...night and day.

All of the above have successfully recruited & coached their programs to nattys. All have different personalities and styles.
It’s not so much that VT needs more charisma or drill sarg types on the coaching staff...VT just needs the right guy.
