Maybe MY wants to get ahead of the 5G fad before it catches on


On a more serious note; if MY plans to go with a 4G line up, then having 8Gs on the roster would allow MY to develop a "2 platoon system" in a manner of speaking. FWIW I believe Calipari used a true 2 platoon system at Kentucky for 1 season.
