No one gets screwed. We are in the big world where competition happens. The best players will play. The seniors should be granted redshirts just like if any of them were injured.

In terms of the non-seniors, I am hearing more and more that it is likely to be just seniors who get the additional year. Regardless, I think less a third of non-seniors will actually take the additional year, so I think the possible impact is being overstated.

I bet over half the seniors won't return because they have future plans already lined up. In terms of those that do come back, if they or the school can afford for them to come back, then the competitive athlete should say....hey I will compete and let's see how it goes. Regardless the team should be better and we are playing a team game.

Keep working hard and do things the right way, and it will all work out.
