Like I said, I would normally elaborate (and did so later), but last night
I was simply exhausted from talking about it in general. I don't think you need to be an expert to tell someone who is obviously and blatantly spreading misinformation that they're wrong especially if you're literally repeating what experts have said. For example, I still see people saying "this virus hates the sun" or "it can't survive above X temperature" or "warmer weather is going to kill it"... and pretty much every thing I've seen from various experts have said we don't know any of that to be true. Some of that is true in other viruses but that doesn't mean it holds for this new one. It's fine to think that maybe warmer weather or humidity will lessen the spread... but passing it off as some set in stone fact is dangerous and counterproductive.
