I get that veteran teams from non P5 conferences do well at times in the tourney, but I'm of the opinion that if a player makes you better (and in our case fills a BIG need), without hurting the team or program, you bring them in. Winning helps recruiting. I'm not talking grad transfers only. The portal has guys like Aluma too that have to sit but are more mature than reclassified freshman.
