I completely understand everyone wants to win now. Adding grad transfers and transfers with less than 3 years to play will put a cap on how well they can fit within the system. This thing takes a long time to learn.

Bede and Horne were essentially transfers into this system this season. They are veteran players who have played a lot of basketball. And yesterday, after a full season in the system, theyre still lost more than they are a fit. And now they only have 1 season left.

A grad transfer with one season is going to look exactly like Bede and Horne have in this system this season. There will be some good plays, but for the most part they dont understand where the ball needs to go, where they need to be, when they need to be there and THEN how to read a defense and make them pay with a slight adjustment.

On paper, grad transfers and transfers will make this team look more formidable. But in practice, theyll never reach their potential
