You are entitled to opinions about how a football program should spend football revenues — of course those revenues also fund every other sport at each school (except MBB).

Do you think Clemson’s revenues remain steady if they stop investing in the program? Of course they don’t. So where is all that money going to come from that you want to send over to the academic side?

Also, the high cost if college has nothing to do with football program expenditures. Taking money from the football program doesn’t solve the underlying issues with the higher ed system.
