ACC Softball Standings


Yes, it is REALLY early in the season, but next weekend's series at Tech Softball Park has the making on an early season showdown as NC State swept Notre Dame this weekend by scores of 3-2, 5-3, and 5-1. Notre Dame was picked third in the ACC preseason poll, just two points behind the Hokies so it was a VERY good win for the Pack.

Pittsburgh (7-11, 2-4) handed Clemson (18-8, 5-1) their first conference loss, but Clemson won the series by scores of 9-1, 7-2, and 2-8

Syracuse won their series over North Carolina (9-13, 3-3) with 9-5 and 8-6 wins after losing the opener 3-2 on Friday.

Georgia Tech (11-11, 2-1) won 2 out of 3 from Boston College (9-2, 1-2).

Here's the current standings along with Conference Games played and this weekend's games. Note that with an odd number of team, there will always be at least one team playing out of conference.
