I read the article and I don’t understand the basis of fraud charges


Even if the Adidas reps paid inducements to parents and guardians of kids why is a violation of ncaa rules a criminal charge?

As the defense alludes to...NIKE been doing the same for decades ever since Sonny started the practice. U know damned well that the NIKE camps are flush with cash opportunities for handlers and guardians.
