Thanks Chip. The one worry I have

and I sort of hate to even mention it. If Hewitt doesnt get more innings what is the risk of her transferring? Nowdays coaches are faced with having to manage that as well. Players will transfer at the drop of a hat. I guess I am a little gun shy after losing two starting quality pitchers in two years. I realize you cant worry to much about it. And the main goal is to win games and not necessairly to make people happy. But it is something that has to be a real balancing act for coaches
