Comcast not carrying Cubs games in Chicago on new RSN (ACCN mention)

The Cubs just launched their own RSN, Marquee Sports Network. The network is paying the Cubs $132m/year for the games, which is more than double their old deal. Comcast's 1.56m subscriber's in the Chicago area can't watch Cubs games, which is costing Marquee Sports $100m annually.
There's a brief mention of the ACCN and Comcast at the end of the article. If Comcast won't carry Cubs games IN CHICAGO, that does't bode well for ACCN carriage.
