Was looking at some facility upgrade photos of Rector Field House at vt.edu


And saw this pic, which shows the 'Bowerman Trophy' prominently displayed in the field house lobby.

This award is like the Heisman Trophy of Track & Field - won by Queen Harrison in 2010. Pretty cool and thought I'd share. Bill Bowerman was the track coach at Oregon and a co-founder with Phil Knight of Nike .
