Kenny kept Cole out way too long. Just tell her to be very careful.


I believe she played almost the entire second half and only picked up one foul in the half. You need to trust seniors enough that they will be careful on the foul front when they need to be. I wouldn't trust a freshman or sophomore that way, but a senior, yes.

That was probably the difference. Not having your floor general and emotional leader out there for a really long stretch hurt a lot. I still thought we would pull it out in the end, but I think the fact that UVA was able to keep the lead throughout the first half gave them a lot of confidence and they started playing above themselves. Not sure any of that happens if Cole is out there the whole time.
