Make up for the loss of Nolley. I still think it is better to concentrate on 4-year kids when youre a system coach. I do not think VT should be "all-in" next season. Maybe the year after. So maybe you see a grad transfer if Nolley stays for his Sophomore year and then leaves.

Our timeline for being ready to compete for championships needs to coincide with the bulk of the roster being experienced...that isnt next year.
