We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased the cabinets and countertops from Cabinets To Go. The cost was probably 50% of the "big box stores", and I was very happy with the quality (and I am very picky). The cabinets do come un-assembled, so if you're going to install them yourself, just factor that in.

My one criticism is that they don't seem to have a great handle on their supply chain, and some stuff seems regularly back-ordered without much information about when it will be available.
