38 here...probably started "taking control" at 35...after about 5 years...


of straight denial. Invincibility ran out of pixie dust around 30. Still not in full control, but better than I was. I hate exercise with a passion. I do not live a sedentary lifestyle at work so thats a trade off. Eating better. Have maintained a smaller window of weight fluctuations. Probably need blood pressure meds, but sometimes I go and its high, sometimes its not...

So...short answer 35.
