Doug Simmons......he’s been around for quite a while, not sure where he lives, and has had some controversial calls over his career

Justin Porterfield......he’s also been around quite a while as well, and also is not immune to controversial calls either. Could not find where he lives either.

As with a lot of “seasoned” refs, they move around a lot, so I don’t believe they tend to stay in one area more than others.
