The reality is pretty clear now.

The description is money, fully acknowledging factors like small class while making it quite clear that’s no excuse for THAT level of bad.

That said, this is worse than Fu’s others so hopefully it’s an anomaly. ‘21 has to be much better, and is at least starting better.

Fu is prob never going to be a high level recruiter though... 25-35 range feels like the best we may get (would be thrilled with that at this point). And then pray they can actually coach up that level the way FB did during his prime years.

Jury very much out with a lot to prove... new D staff brings hope of new life / blood, let’s see what kind of impact they can make.
