Be curious to hear folks perspective on RBY's move

I took a quick look at an Iowa wrestling board this morning and obviously some of their think it was dirty and an intentional effort to injure.

I don't have the impression RBY was trying to injure, but I wonder if it was a legal move as some Iowans claim...I think because RBY grabbed DeSanto's toes as part of the pull of the lower leg...that meant not only was knee moving in an unnatural direction, but the lower leg was getting twisted at the same time...rough combination. I think some of the oranges were saying they previously had a wrestler called/penalized for basically the same thing?
