I had a negative bias going in
I honestly didn’t think I would make it past two days before I quit. My wife would have said nice try and laughed at my short attempt. I expected to miss my old food routines too much.
But it was just so easy. And the food was good. And I was full and had enough energy. And then I felt the results within the first week. So here I am after about a little over two weeks and going strong and surprised at myself for keeping this up. I’m not giving up meat, but I’m no longer seeking it out. And it really is a different feeling of being full.
If you are curious then I say give it a try for 5 days. You never know. Each body is different and so far mine likes this change.
