1 pound of chicken 5.3 oz at a time, half pound of steak or ground beef and


4 whole eggs.

20 baby carrots
1.02 oz of almonds
8 oz of whole fat greek yogurt
6 oz of baby spinach
1 serving of whey protein
1 cup of milk
4 oz of pressed cranberry juice
1 teaspoon of creatine
1 scoop of clusterdextrin coupled with essential aminos as an intra workout drink
0 or 1 naval oranges depending on if I lift weights that day (it's my version of a pre-workout)
50 ml of testosterone
just seeing if anyone was paying attention on last line (not really true)
