Watch Game Changers that's why I went a month free. I haven't eaten red


meat in 2 years and have done 5 +45 mile endurance races without any issues. For those like myself that have had a heart attack and have successfully recovered I am always looking for ways to improve on what I put into my system and to see the effects on endurance during the activity and post.
