So I’ve been trying a plant based diet the past few weeks
Wanted to see how the food actually tasted and if i noticed any impacts.
I have to admit, some of the plant based food is really good. This is a lot easier to keep up than I thought. As for results, I honesty feel like I have more energy and the pants are fitting looser lately.
I never thought I’d try this and I’m pleasantly surprised. I think I will keep this experiment going. Anyone have good brand or recipe recommendations? [Post edited by HokieAl at 01/31/2020 1:05PM]
