He went to the ACC Championship w/ Beamer's guys (less QB) who went 7-6


the two years prior.

He then won 9 games with a strong defense and very weak offense (let's face it Josh Jackson--a Beamer holdover-- wasn't very good and it came as a shock to everyone that Evan left; also lost Hodges and Ford).

Then he got a 4-6 team (decimated with injuries and very young) to somehow beat UVA and extend the Bowl streak.

And somehow salvaged an 8-win season (that very easily could have been 10) despite having the youngest team in Division 1 football.

A lot these young guys (with talent --20 4-star guys on the roster) are now kind of battle tested. If he can't produce next year (barring significant injuries), I got nothing for you.
