Fox was very interested in the Big Ten, but they are backing off the Big XII for sure. I don't know what Fox thinks of the PAC12. Fox also just signed up the Mountain West. They don't have to pay as much for the Mountain West.

I imagine if Fox can get the PAC12 cheap, they'll go for it. But I don't expect Fox to be aggressive for the PAC12 like they were the Big Ten.

I still think that the PAC12 should sell their primary Tier 1 stuff to Turner Sports so they can get football games on that 3:30 Saturday timeslot in the east on TBS, TNT, and TruTV. That is 12:30 PST. Perfect.

Turner Sports is also big on college basketball. They have part of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament package to show it. They should love PAC12 games on those channels.

The only issue with Turner Sports is that I don't think they'll want any part of the PAC12 Networks. ESPN at least would have bailed them out on that.
