I was thinking the exact same thing when Flo released the #2 ranking last week. I immediately thought we should be behind PSU.

So I took a look at their current dual roster, and it is a lot closer than you would think. They have a lot of injuries and are starting 5 walk-ons. With their current line up we would be considered sizeable favorites in 4 matches at 125,149,157,184. They are also the favorites 4 matches in 133,141,174,197. One could argue that both 149 and 197 (Rasheed is not himself) could be toss ups. Either way you dole it out we both are favored in the same number. I would put both 165 and HWT as toss ups.

I think they have more bonus potential on the ones they are favored, but that could be offset by us winning the toss-ups.

So long story short, after doing the above break down... and given the fact that we are undefeated and well tested. I don't have an issue with us being #2 at this point. The great thing about our team is that we don't give up a lot of bonus points and fight tough across all weights. Other teams (not including Iowa) all have weights in which you expect someone to be able to get easily bonused.
