Oklahoma Kansas to SEC or B1G, Texas to ACC with ND like deal, Big 12


forced to expand to 16 as a requirement for keeping auto-bid into the CFP and keeping enough members in the autonomy conferences that they can out vote the rest of FBS. (BTW, the CFP expand to 8, 5 P5 champs, 2 at large, 1 G5 champ)

Remaining 7 Big 12 members vote to stay in the same division together before they add 9 new members.
