So nice losing weight!

My clothes fit much better (i.e no longer straining to fit into my pants...lol). I tossed all of my "fat (38"+) clothes" when I went down before, and my 36s were reaching their "stretch limits." It was definitely time to get back "on program."

-22 lbs and counting.

I lose about 1" in the waist for every 10 lbs I drop, so I'm down two inches. Shooting for 2 more, and should achieve that if I stay "on program."

On the down side, some of my XL shirts that used to fit perfectly are becoming a little "baggy," but that's OK. I'm happy buying smaller shirts for a good reason.
