I'm still not 100% convinced he actually did.

I know he took the heat for it and fell on the sword...but I still think it was executed before he got here. If he did actually sign it it was to not rock the boat with Beamer his first week who was pushing to get it done for some reason.

And there has only been that one...he didn't extend the bad one. The bad one was the extension that ends on June 30, 2022.
