You’re talking about running QBs that would be considered better rushers than passers.

History is full of mobile QBs who beat teams with their legs when the opportunities presented themselves. Steve Young, John Elway, Russell Wilson, Steve McNair, Cam Newton, Donovan McNabb, all these guys won conference championships or Super Bowls and were considered mobile qbs.
