The conference as a whole is strong

Clearly Clemson is far and away the best team in the ACC. But from Wake Forest and Duke to Florida State and Miami to Virginia and Virginia Tech and the other Carolina schools, there are lots of good football programs.

The ACC has Clemson now, and parity among the rest of the programs. Right now, Miami and Florida State are probably the worst programs, but hey everntually they'll be back.
