Probably not.

Texas - 215,000,000
Texas A&M - 212,000,000
Ohio State - 185,000,000
Michigan - 175,000,000
Alabama - 174,000,000
Georgia - 158,000,000
Oklahoma - 155,000,000
Florida - 144,000,000
LSU - 131,000,000
Auburn - 130,000,000

Adding what would be 16,000,000 to the SEC teams is not going to shift these balances all that much respectively. In a few years the Big-12 will also negotiate a new package and it is going up as well, by how much is unknown. But, whatever it is will eat into that 16,000,000 difference.

I often read on here about Big-12 schools moving to another conference and there is just zero effort by any of them to do so. The difference in payout between the Big Ten-SEC is minimal and the Big-12 is a very close 3rd. It is a long way to number 4.

Texas is never going to move. It is silly to say so. Oklahoma's future is tied to Texas. The Big-12 is solid. The only school there that might move would be WVU only because of geographical fringe issue, but it would only do so for the SEC from what I hear and even that gets little traction around the table.
